We are also well positioned to deliver a variety of marketing services, from sales database and CRM systems to website development and Ambassador programmes. In terms of education, we provide destination development seminars and long term continuing education programmes for the industry in addition to in-house training for CVB staff. Many of our courses qualify for professional certification credits.
We proudly hold the management contract for BestCities Global Alliance - the world's first global alliance of convention bureaux representing eight top convention cities - Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Melbourne, San Juan, Singapore and Vancouver.
